BOWLS—Food That’s Good For You!

The Nyman Group of Las Vegas, NV, and Rippe Associates of Minnetonka, MN, have been selected as the winners of the International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show’s 2014 Foodservice Pioneering Concept. The foodservice consulting groups’ “BOWLS—Food That’s Good For You!” concept was scaled and modeled on the exhibit floor during the IHMRS 2014 show.

 

BOWLS has the ability to service 200 guests per hour through the experience at a comfortable pace. Ideally, the concept can be flexed up or down into various spaces, depending upon real estate and locations. The ideal square footage is 500 sq. ft of operational space, however it could flex up to 1,000 sq. ft as needed for additional seating and overall capacity.
