  • BOWLS is quick-service style, healthy, organic and natural foodservice venue offering hormone and nitrate free ingredients with no additives. The concept appeals to guests where taste, time and convenience is of the essence, are particular and discerning about their health along with the type and style of food they eat. The menu is focused upon seasonal and fresh harvest items in a quick and go service method.

  • In keeping with the changing tastes and preferences of American diners, BOWLS is a personalized experience, allowing guests to create their meal based upon flavors, emotions, personal preferences, allergies and time of day.

  • BOWLS is a food and beverage experience that nourishes the soul, feeds a variety of consumers a healthful and/or guilt-free meal or snack, in a high-paced, quick-service style. The service line is non-linear and takes guests through a quick journey through food and flavors of the season, showcases a living garden and herb wall, food display and experience.


 

  • Each BOWL is tailor made to the guest’s specifications and taste. Guests are engaged by chef-attired service staff who guide them through the various ingredients, offering tastes and explanations of where the food is from and the nutritional value/information, while preparing their personalized BOWL.

  • While there are many healthful concepts around the country and in various markets, BOWLS is truly a personalized experience, allowing guests to make the meal or snack their own choice, in keeping with the overall trend of fresh and healthy in today’s Food & Beverage market.
